ALSI assembles a select team of consulting professionals for each assignment, combining security assessment, naval and marine operations, construction quality, engineering and underwater inspection expertise.
Teams may include experienced military and civilian security professionals, naval engineering and diving personnel, qualified diver/ROV providers, facility operations specialists and licensed Professional Engineers where required. Availability, credentials, access requirements and task-specific qualifications are verified before assignment.
One coordinated assessment process
ALSI project leadership defines the scope, coordinates specialists and reviews deliverables. ARGUS provides a common framework for field checklists, evidence capture, technical review, corrective-action tracking and client handoff.
Facility-specific checklists address the owner’s applicable criteria. Formal dam-safety inspections, structural certifications, electrical studies, cybersecurity testing and regulated engineering services are separately scoped with appropriately qualified specialists.
